  • 1 lb sirloin, ground
  • 12 lb pork, ground
  • 12 lb turkey or 12 lb venison, ground
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced, fresh (or canned)
  • 12 cup breadcrumbs, Italian
  • 13 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 12 teaspoon nutmeg, ground (fresh is best)
  • salt & pepper

Directions

    In a bowl, combine all ingredients.

    Form into a meatloaf.

    Wrap in foil or freezer paper & freeze if saving for later.

    Defrost.

    Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until meat is done.
