- 1 lb sirloin, ground
- 12 lb pork, ground
- 12 lb turkey or 12 lb venison, ground
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced, fresh (or canned)
- 12 cup breadcrumbs, Italian
- 13 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg, ground (fresh is best)
- salt & pepper
Directions

1In a bowl, combine all ingredients.

2Form into a meatloaf.

3Wrap in foil or freezer paper & freeze if saving for later.

4Defrost.

5Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until meat is done.
