- 1 lb ground beef
- 3/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 slice bread, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon season salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
Directions

1Mix first ten ingredients until well incorporated (use your hands for best results).

2Add more tomato sauce a little at a time if meatloaf mixture is too dry.

3Spray bottom and sides of loaf pan with cooking spray.

4Place meatloaf into pan and shape into bread loaf shape.

5Pour remaining 1/4 cup tomato sauce over top of loaf.

6Bake at 375 for 1 hour or until juices run clear or meat is no longer pink when you cut into it.
