- 1 lb. lean ground beef (85%)
- 1/3 cup cholesterol-free egg product
- 2/3 cup medium salsa, divided
- 2/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup diced green chiles or jalapeno peppers
Directions

1Mix ground beef, egg substitute, 1/3 cup salsa, bread crumbs, chiles or jalapenos.

2Shape into a 6 x 3-inch loaf.

3Place in lightly greased baking pan.

4Bake at 350F for 50 minutes.

5Pour remaining 1/3 cup salsa over meatloaf.

6Bake for 10 minutes more.

7Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

8Garnish as desired.
