- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 10 ounces kale, chopped
- 34 pint grape tomatoes, halved lengthwise
- 14 cup pitted kalamata olive, halved lengthwise
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions

1Heat the olive oil in a skillet and saute the garlic.

2Add the Kale and saute until it is wilted and tender.

3Add the red wine vinegar and stif briefly.

4Remove the kale and place it in a seperate bowl.

5Add the tomatoes and olives and saute briefly.

6Return the kale to the pan and season with salt and pepper and extra vinegar if you'd like.
