Ingredients
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 6 oz. medium size noodles, cooked
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese (Kraft Cracker Barrel)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. diced green pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Cook onion and pepper in butter until soft.

2Add meat.

3Cook until brown.

4Stir occasionally.

5Blend in soup and catsup. Season with salt and pepper.

6Cook, uncovered, on low heat for 8 minutes, stirring several times.

7Blend cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, garlic and Worcestershire sauce.

8Mix with noodles in baking dish. Pour some meat mixture over all. Alternate with noodles and mixture again.

9Sprinkle with cheese.

10Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
