- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 3 -4 small garlic cloves (to your taste, pressed or minced)
- sea salt
- pepper
Directions

1Press garlic and let it sit for 5 minutes to get the goodness out of it.

2Put the lemon juice in a bowl and slowly add the olive oil, whisking all the time; the slower you add it and the faster you whisk it, the creamier and thicker it will get.

3Add the garlic, salt, and pepper and whisk again.

4Put in a glass jar and refrigerater.

5You will have to bring it to room temperature before adding to a salad because olive oil gets thick when cold.
