Ingredients

  • 2 medium onions, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
  • 1 1/2 qt. water
  • 1 qt. clam juice
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 3 c. potatoes, diced
  • 1 lb. whitefish fillets
