  • 150 g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped basil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ANCHOVY and CAPSICUM
  • 12 mini bagel toasts
  • 6 anchovy fillets, drained and halved
  • 1 small roasted red capsicum, cut into 12 strips
  • Baby basil leaves, for garnish
  • SALAMI and TOMATO
  • 12 mini lavosh or mini toasts
  • 6 slices hot shaved salami, cut into strips
  • 3 baby roma tomatoes, quartered
  • Baby basil leaves, for garnish

    COMBINE the PHILLY, basil and garlic in a bowl.

    ANCHOVY and CAPSICUM TOASTS: spread toasts with half the PHILLY mixture and top with anchovies and capsicum.
