Ingredients

  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 red chilli
  • 1/4 packages haloumi
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 can black olives
  • 10 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1/4 packages penne pasta

Directions

    saute chopped garlic and chopped chilli in olive oil for 3 minutes

    Meanwhile bring vegetable stock to boil and add pasta.

    Add chopped red pepper and cook for a furthur 5 minutes.

    Add cubed haloumi and cherry tomatoes chopped in half.

    Cook for a furthur 5 minutes.

    Slice olives and add to veg for 3 minutes.

    Draun pasta and return to pan with olive oil and seasoning.

    Add veg and stir.
