Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 lb. shelled and deveined fresh or frozen shrimp, do not thaw if frozen
- 1 c. white wine
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
- 1/4 c. black olives
- 1/4 c. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of Tabasco to taste (optional)
Directions

1In a large skillet combine olive oil and garlic.

2Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until garlic is golden but not browned.

3Remove and discard garlic.

4Add shrimp and saute just until they turn pink.

5Pour in wine, increase heat to high and boil 5 minutes.

6Remove shrimp with slotted spoon and set aside. Continue to cook wine until reduced by half.

7Add tomatoes, olives, parsley and salt; cook sauce 5 minutes more.

8Return shrimp to skillet and heat through.

9Blend in Tabasco.
