- 1 cup yellow squash, sliced
- 2 cups bell peppers, sliced (I use a mixture of red, yellow, and green)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 14 cup vegetable broth
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 12 teaspoon dried basil
- 12 teaspoon dried oregano
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 3 medium tomatoes, chopped
Directions

1Comine all ingredients except tomatoes in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.

2Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 8 minutes or till vegetables are crisp-tender.
