Ingredients

  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup yellow squash, sliced
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced (I use a mixture of red, yellow, and green)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 14 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 12 teaspoon dried basil
  • 12 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 medium tomatoes, chopped

Directions

    Comine all ingredients except tomatoes in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
