- 6 ox tails
- 2 lamb shanks
- 1 ham hock
- 2 brocco
- 1/2 c. gonzo beans
- 2 potatoes
- 1 carrot
- 1 Spanish onion
- 1 whole cut up chicken
- 1/2 head white cabbage
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 blood sausage
- 1/2 c. rice
Directions

1Remove meat from bones of ox tails, lamb shanks and ham hock after boiling for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

2Remove meat.

3To broth, add potatoes, carrots, onion and chicken.

4Bring to a boil.

5Add other meat.

6Add cabbage, tomato paste, blood sausage and 1/2 cup rice. Simmer for 25 minutes.

7Remove sausage and cut into bite size pieces.
