- 2 cups warm water
- 1 Tsp dry yeast
- 1 Tsp sugar
- 2 Tsp olive oil
- 2 Tsp salt
- 5 cups bread flour
Directions

11) Mix water, 1 Tsp yeast, and 1 Tsp sugar in mixing bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.

22) Mix in oil, flour, and salt on low, adding flour until dough is only slightly sticky, pulling cleanly from the sides of the bowl.
