  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1 Tsp dry yeast
  • 1 Tsp sugar
  • 2 Tsp olive oil
  • 2 Tsp salt
  • 5 cups bread flour

Directions

    1) Mix water, 1 Tsp yeast, and 1 Tsp sugar in mixing bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes.

    2) Mix in oil, flour, and salt on low, adding flour until dough is only slightly sticky, pulling cleanly from the sides of the bowl.

    3) Mix for 8 minutes.

    4) Break dough into 4 equal portions.

    5) Knead each portion by hand for one minute, wrapping dough around so it's seamless except for the center point on the bottom where you've tucked any edges in.

    6) Let each portion rise in oiled bowls for 90 minutes or until doubled.

    7) Preheat grill with pizza stone on one side to 450 degrees.

    8) Stretch dough on well-floured pizza peel or rimless backing sheet, adding flour if sticky.

    9) Top with sauce & toppings & lightly oil exposed crust edges.

    10) Bake on pizza stone for 14 minutes.
