  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 12oz. can tomato paste
  • 3 cans water
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 large can chili beans
  • 2 pkgs. chili seasoning mix
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown beef and onion.

    Drain.

    Add tomato paste, water and garlic.

    Simmer till thick - about 2 hours.

    Add chili beans, seasoning, salt & pepper.

    Cook 15 minutes more.

    Top with grated cheese.
