- 1 onion
- 1 12oz. can tomato paste
- 3 cans water
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 large can chili beans
- 2 pkgs. chili seasoning mix
- salt & pepper to taste
- cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown beef and onion.

2Drain.

3Add tomato paste, water and garlic.

4Simmer till thick - about 2 hours.

5Add chili beans, seasoning, salt & pepper.

6Cook 15 minutes more.
