Mel's Easy Crab Cheese Rangoon

  • 1 packages Wonton Wraps
  • 1 can Crab Meat
  • 1 packages Cream Cheese
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 4 cup Oil for Deep Frying
  • 1 cup Sweet & Sour Sauce for dipping

Directions

    Let Cream Cheese come to room temperature for easy blending.

    Drain crab meat well.

    Add to cream cheese, along with chopped onion and garlic.

    Blend together.

    Add a rounded spoonful of crab mixture to the center of the wonton wrap.

    Fold over into a triangle and seal the edges with some warm water on your finger tips.

    Continue until all mixture or wonton wraps are used.

    Deep fry in oil for a few minutes each until golden brown.

    Dip in Sweet & Sour sauce.
