- 1 large cantaloupe or honeydew melon (or half of each melon)
- 3 oz. very thinly sliced Prosciutto or fully cooked ham
Directions

1Cut cantaloupe or honeydew melon in half and remove seeds. Use a melon baller to scoop out pulp, or cut pulp into bite-size cubes.

2Cut Prosciutto or ham into 1-inch wide strips.

3Wrap 1 strip of Prosciutto or ham around each melon ball.

4Fasten with a toothpick.
