  • 14 cup lime juice or 14 cup lemon juice
  • 13 cup light rum
  • 1 orange, peeled and sectioned
  • 16 ounces frozen melon balls, partially thawed
  • 1 pint lime sherbet or 1 pint lemon sherbet

Directions

    Combine lime juice and rum in a medium-sized bowl.

    Cut orange sections in half and add to the juice mixture.

    Chill.

    When ready to serve, add partially thawed melon balls.

    Divide into 6 serving dishes.

    Top each with a small scoop of sherbet.
