  • 1 ripe melon (choice)
  • 1/2 superfine sugar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 6-8 tbsp. Port (optional)
  • 9x12 glass backing dish

Directions

    Clean and deseed melon, food process. Add sugar, lemon and port. Taste and add more sugar to preference.

    Freeze 1 hour, stir

    Freeze 2 hours, stir/flake

    Freeze 1 hour, flake
  5. 5
    Serve when frozen to taste
