- 2 Egg
- 1 Salt and white pepper
- 1 table spoon Milk
- 1/2 slice Sliced cheese
- 5 grams Butter
Directions

1Cut the sliced cheese in half.

2Beat the egg and mix in the milk, salt and pepper.

3Melt the butter in the pan.

4Once hot enough that a bit of the egg mixture sizzles, pour the rest of it in.

5Stir briskly.

6Once half-done, place the cheese in the middle and fold over to one side.

7Lift up the pan a bit and tap on the quite hard a few times to move the egg to the side of the pan further away from you.

8Here's what it should look like from the side.

9The cooked omelette will hop about when you're tapping on the handle of the pan.

10Fold it over to let it take the shape of an omelette.

11Flip it over.

12Move the omelette to the furthest side of the pan and flip it over again.

13This will help seal the seams of your omelette together.
