  • 1 mango, ripe and juicy
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 12 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup soymilk
  • 1 -2 lime, juice of
  • 5 ice cubes

Directions

    peel mango, then slice it right over the blender jar to catch all the juices.

    once you've cut off the big hunks of mango, just squeeze your hand over the whole thing to get as much of the flesh and juice as possible.

    add all the other ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.

    pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
