  • 1 c. water
  • 3 egg whites

Directions

    Mix 2 tablespoons sugar, cornstarch and water.

    Cook over low heat until thick and clear.

    Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; add 6 tablespoons sugar, one at a time.

    Add first mixture to egg whites and beat until stiff.
