  • 1 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch

    Beat until stiff the egg whites and salt.

    Add sugar and beat. Cook water and cornstarch until clear.

    Add to egg whites and beat until well mixed.

    Bake at 425° until golden brown.
