- 12 oz. spaghetti
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- Tabasco sauce to taste
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onion and pepper.

2Drain.

3Season to taste with garlic salt.

4Break spaghetti into thirds and cook according to package directions.

5In crock-pot, on low heat, add meat mixture, soup, tomatoes, cheese cubes and Tabasco sauce. Stir occasionally until all cheese is melted and blended together. Serves 6.
