- 1 can Green Giant Mexicorn
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 stick butter
- Cheddar cheese
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Fix rice as directed on package.

2Combine rice, corn, butter and soup.

3Mix all together and pour into casserole dish.

4Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
