- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 cans chili with beans
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Saute onion in margarine.

3Add chili, corn and tomatoes, mixing well.

4Pour into a 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Prepare corn mix according to package; stir cheese into dough. Spoon dough around edge of baking dish.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
