- 3 medium ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 large bunch green onions with tops, chopped
- 2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans pitted ripe olives, drained and chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 cans plain bean dip
Directions

1Remove pits and skins from avocados; mash.

2In small bowl, mix avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3In separate small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix.

4On large plate, begin layering:

5bean dip, avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, onions, tomatoes and olives.

6Cover with shredded cheese.
