- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 4 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 2 (16 oz.) cans chopped tomatoes
Directions

1Saute first 3 ingredients until meat is browned; drain, then add remaining ingredients.

2Mix well and bake in covered casserole dish at 350° for about 1 hour.
