Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 large can Ranch Style beans
  • 16 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans whole Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 12 corn tostada shells (flat shells)

Directions

    Fry the hamburger and onion together. Drain.

    Add beans.

    In another pan, heat together the Ro-Tel tomatoes and soup.

    Place tostada shells in greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Spread meat and bean mixture over shells.

    Add half soup mixture.

    Slice Velveeta cheese over soup mixture. Repeat layers.

    Bake at 300° for 30 to 45 minutes until done. Serve with green salad.
