- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 large can Ranch Style beans
- 16 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 (10 oz.) cans whole Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 12 corn tostada shells (flat shells)
Directions

1Fry the hamburger and onion together. Drain.

2Add beans.

3In another pan, heat together the Ro-Tel tomatoes and soup.

4Place tostada shells in greased 9 x 13-inch dish. Spread meat and bean mixture over shells.

5Add half soup mixture.

6Slice Velveeta cheese over soup mixture. Repeat layers.

7Bake at 300° for 30 to 45 minutes until done. Serve with green salad.
