  • 2 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 (99-cent) bag Doritos or Fritos chips
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 can chopped green chili peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sharp cheese, grated

Directions

    Brown meat and onion.

    Add chili powder, peppers, soups and enchilada sauce; heat well.

    In large casserole, place in layers meat mixture, chips and grated cheese.

    Make 2 layers.

    Place in a 325° oven until cheese melts and bubbles.
