- 3/4 lb. ground chuck
- 3/4 lb. lean ground pork
- 2 c. cooked broad noodles
- 18 oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 c. American processed cheese, diced into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 3 preserved pimentos, sliced into long strips 1/4-inch wide
- 1 green pepper, diced into 1/4-inch pieces
- 2 c. onions, diced into 1/4-inch pieces
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 twists pepper mill
- 4 strips bacon, diced into 1/4-inch pieces
Directions

1Mix together all of the ingredients, except the diced bacon. Sprinkle the bacon over the bottom of a 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole.

2Top the bacon with the meat and vegetable mixture. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
