  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 can hot enchilada sauce
  • 1 small can green chili peppers, chopped
  • 7 oz. tortilla chips
  • 1 1/2 c. Mexican Velveeta, shredded

Directions

    Brown beef and onion and drain.

    Mix chicken soup, enchilada sauce and peppers.

    Bring to a boil.

    In large casserole dish, layer meat sauce, tortilla chips and cheese.

    Bake at 350° until cheese is melted.
