- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can hot enchilada sauce
- 1 small can green chili peppers, chopped
- 7 oz. tortilla chips
- 1 1/2 c. Mexican Velveeta, shredded
Directions

1Brown beef and onion and drain.

2Mix chicken soup, enchilada sauce and peppers.

3Bring to a boil.

4In large casserole dish, layer meat sauce, tortilla chips and cheese.

5Bake at 350° until cheese is melted.
