- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 can water
- 9 oz. cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 chopped onion
- salt and pepper
- garlic salt
- 1 doz. tortillas
Directions

1Brown ground beef.

2Add onion, salt, pepper and garlic salt, then add enchilada sauce, cream of mushroom soup, green chilies and water; let simmer.

3Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Put a layer of tortillas, meat mixture and cheese; repeat.

5Bake 1 hour at 350°, 30 minutes, covered and 30 minutes, uncovered.

6Serve.
