  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. enchilada sauce
  • 1 c. mushroom soup
  • 1 small, flat can green chilies, chopped
  • 2 pkg. tortillas
  • Longhorn cheese, grated

Directions

    Brown meat.

    Mix enchilada sauce and meat.

    Mix soup, 1 can of water and green chilies.

    Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with foil. Lay by layers the tortillas, meat sauce and cheese, etc.

    Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes in a 375° oven.
