  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 2 cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 c. white corn and/or can pintos
  • 1 pkg. Betty Crocker cornbread mix

Directions

    Brown beef and drain.

    Stir in taco seasoning.

    Add tomatoes, corn and pinto beans.

    Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.

    Top with cornbread mix.

    Bake at 425° for approximately 15 minutes.
