Ingredients

  • 1 lb. round steak, sliced thin
  • 6 slices bacon, cut up
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes in 2 c. hot water
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 1/4 c. sour cream

    Fry bacon in skillet until almost done; drain fat.

    Add steak and brown slowly.

    Add bouillon mixture, mustard and onion.

    Cover and cook over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Mix cornstarch and cold water.

    Add to skillet and heat until thick.

    Remove from skillet and add sour cream.

    Serve over noodles.
