- 1 lb. round steak, sliced thin
- 6 slices bacon, cut up
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 beef bouillon cubes in 2 c. hot water
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 1/4 c. sour cream
Directions

1Fry bacon in skillet until almost done; drain fat.

2Add steak and brown slowly.

3Add bouillon mixture, mustard and onion.

4Cover and cook over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.

5Mix cornstarch and cold water.

6Add to skillet and heat until thick.

7Remove from skillet and add sour cream.

8Serve over noodles.
