- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 can chopped green chiles
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can water
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 6 to 8 tortillas
Directions

1Brown beef and onion.

2Add enchilada sauce.

3Mix in soup, water and chiles and heat.

4In 2-quart dish layer tortillas (torn into pieces), meat mixture and soup mixture.

5Repeat layers, ending with cheese.

6Refrigerate overnight or all day.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

8Serves 6.
