- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can El Chico chilies (4 oz.)
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 pkg. tortillas
- 1 can El Chico enchilada sauce
Directions

1Brown meat and onion in large saucepan, add soups, sauce and chilies.

2Simmer for about 10 minutes.

3Grease a casserole dish, pour half of the mixture into dish, top with half of the cheese, place a layer of tortillas on top of cheese.

4Add remaining mixture, again top with cheese.

5Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.

6Makes 4 to 6 servings.
