- 4 whole Large Tomatoes
- 1 whole Large White Onion
- 3 whole Jalapenos
- 2 bunches Cilantro
- 2 pounds Imitation Crab Meat
- 2 whole Cucumbers
- 3 dashes White Pepper
- 1/2 Tablespoons Kosher Salt
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cups Lemon Juice, Fresh
Directions

1Wash all of the veggies.

2Dice the tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, cilantro and imitation crab meat.

3Peel and remove seeds from cucumber and also dice.

4Place all ingredients in a large bowl, add the white pepper, salt, worcestershire sauce and the lemon juice (you can add more of any of these ingredients it depends on how much of what seasonings you like).

5Allow to marinate in the fridge for 4 hours.

6Enjoy with tostadas.
