  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 1 1/2 doz. soft corn tortillas, torn in quarters
  • 1 large onion, diced and sauteed
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream or 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 soup cans chicken broth
  • 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

    Combine all ingredients, except cheese and tortillas.

    Do not boil.

    Layer in casserole dish or crock-pot beginning with tortillas and ending with cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour or crock-pot on low for 5 hours.
