- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can green chiles, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 10 to 12 flour tortillas
Directions

1Brown meat and drain off fat.

2In a large bowl, combine soup, enchilada sauce, chiles and onion.

3Add meat and half of each cheese.

4Mix.

5Put about 2 tablespoons of the mixture on each tortilla, and roll up tortilla.

6Place rolls in large baking dish, putting them close together.

7Spread any remaining meat mixture over rolls; sprinkle rolls with other half of each cheese.

8Bake 15 to 30 minutes at 350° or until cheese melts and rolls are hot through.
