- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
- 2 c. sour cream, divided
- 1 1/2 pkg. taco seasonings
- 3 eggs at room temperature
- 4 oz. green chilies, chopped and drained
- 2/3 c. salsa (chunky)
Directions

1Beat cream cheese and sharp cheese together.

2Add in 1 cup of sour cream and the taco seasoning.

3Beat in eggs.

4Fold in chilies. Pour mixture into a spring-form pan.

5Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

6Take out of oven and cool for 10 minutes.

7Add 1 cup of sour cream to top of cheesecake, spread and bake for 5 more minutes.

8Cool on a wire rack.

9Cover and refrigerate.

10Run a knife around edge of pan and remove.

11Top with salsa and serve with chips as a dip.
