Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 4 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. Thousand Island dressing
  • hot sauce or taco sauce to taste
  • 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning salt
  • 1 bag Doritos chips (taco flavored)
  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can drained kidney beans

    Chop onion, tomatoes

    toss

    with cheese, dressing, hot sauce or
