- 1 boiled chicken
- 1 pkg. tortillas
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel (tomatoes and chilies)
- 1 bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated or sliced thin
Directions

1Remove bones from chicken and set aside.

2Mix soups, Ro-Tel, pepper and onion.

3Break tortillas in bite-size pieces.

4In the bottom of an oblong, greased pan, put a layer of tortillas, then a layer of chicken, then a layer of mixture.

5Continue the layers until all are used.

6Cover with cheese and bake 45 minutes at 350°.
