  • 1 boiled chicken
  • 1 pkg. tortillas
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel (tomatoes and chilies)
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated or sliced thin

    Remove bones from chicken and set aside.

    Mix soups, Ro-Tel, pepper and onion.

    Break tortillas in bite-size pieces.

    In the bottom of an oblong, greased pan, put a layer of tortillas, then a layer of chicken, then a layer of mixture.

    Continue the layers until all are used.

    Cover with cheese and bake 45 minutes at 350°.
