- 4 chicken breasts, boiled
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 large onion, diced and sauteed
- 1/4 c. chopped celery, sauteed
- tortillas, chipped up
- American cheese
Directions

1Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and mix first 7 ingredients together.

2Cover bottom of baking dish with chipped up corn tortillas.

3Pour half mixture over and add another layer of chipped tortillas, then remaining chicken mixture.

4Top with American cheese.

5Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes at 350°.

6Serve over rice.
