  • 3 chicken breasts, boiled until tender
  • 8 tortillas (corn)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans chopped chiles
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3/4 lb. mild Cheddar
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can mushrooms (optional)

Directions

    Cook and bone chicken breasts.

    Tear tortillas and line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Combine all other ingredients and pour in pan.

    Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
