- 1 chicken or 4 or 5 breast, cooked
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 large bag Dorito chips
- 1 c cheddar cheese, shredded
- onions and mushrooms (optional)
Directions

1Skin, debone and chop chicken.

2Heat both soups, broth and Rotel over medium heat until hot.

3Break enough chips to cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish.

4Add chicken then pour soup mixture over it.

5Top with cheese and bake at 350° until melted.
