- 2 to 3 chickens
- Monterey Jack cheese
- Longhorn cheese
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 large can of tomatoes, sliced
- Doritos chips
- jalapeno peppers
- green onions, cut up
- white onions, chopped
Directions

1Cut up chicken (if using a whole chicken).

2Boil until done. Skin chicken.

3Combine soups, broth, tomatoes and jalapeno peppers (diced) together.

4Warm until smooth and remove from stove.

5After sauce is ready, layer Doritos, chicken, onions, sauce and cheese. Cook in oven for about 20 minutes.

6Do not overcook.

7Use your judgment on cooking time.

8You don't want it to be soupy or dry. Oven temperature should be around 325°.
