- 1 medium size chicken
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 large bag tortilla chips
- 2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Boil and bone chicken. Save 1 cup broth from boiled chicken. Mix broth, tomatoes and soups in bowl.

2In baking dish, layer crushed chip and chicken. Pour half sauce mixture. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese.

3Repeat layers until all meat is used.

4Bake, uncovered, 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.

5Let set for 10 to 15 minutes.
