  • 1 whole chicken or large pkg. chicken parts, stewed and deboned (do not add salt)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can diced Ro-Tel chilies
  • 1 regular sized bag restaurant style Doritos chips (plain)
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese

    Mix both soups and Ro-Tel until well blended.
