- 1 chicken, boiled (keep 1 c. broth)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1 large bag tortilla chips
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 pepper

1Cut up chicken in small pieces.

2Put in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Add together soup, Ro-Tel and 1 cup of broth together.

3Pour over chicken.

4Dice up onion, pepper and cheese; put on next.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
